Stuck Logging In...

Hi I downloaded Onigiri , installed and patched, I waited for it to finish downloading to 100%, then i try to log in and it says 'Logging in...' and just stays there forever.... I've left it going for hours and never logged in. I have to end task to get out. I've tried deleting all files in pkg folder, and repatching/downloading. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling. Does anyone know a fix to this? Its not my internet connection, I can play every other game fine, and obviously there is a connection cause it downloads fine.

So nobody knows a fix to this? From what i can tell by reading the forums i'm not the only person having this problem. Im pretty sure onigiri is losing alot of potentional playerbase by not helping ppl get around this. You can't even register cause it says "Registering..." then after like 30 seconds "Registration timed out..."

Are you using proxy, VPN, some special type of firewall/internet security, or anything like that?

I am having a similar problem. I go to the login screen, I load the game, and then it resets back to the onigiri logo then login screen. Any help gm's? I submitted a ticket but i would love to know what the problem is

I have exactly the same problem as this guy. I've tried emailing the management team, but their reply said that they still don't know what the problem is, and they're suggesting me to reinstall my client (which i did, and still no result). And my graphic card / windows are in tip top conditions too.

Any suggestion ? i'm willing to give 70 OC for those that can solve this problem for me and the other guy

Well i have not heard anything from customer support since Tuesday at all. So I'm keeping my fingers crossed i will hear something today, even if just a status update.

edit: it is now thursday and it has been two days since i received a message from technical support. What upsets me is I spend a lot of money on this game and it's pretty upsetting to have basically no contact with customer support, epsecially after i have given them all the information they asked for. And if for some reason my account has been frozen for some reason i have not been told. why. I can log in on the website, just not the game.

Have you guys tried to use google DNS? instead of the one from your ISP? i've played other MMO's and usually whenever the game servers has updated their IP's but your local ISP hasnt updated their records, then it cant reach the servers, google dns however is almost always uptodate. Worth a try anyway.
