I will say, if you can stay away from the Nyankoropon, you shouldn't have to throw hundreds or thousands of dollars at this game. You can reach the top tier as far leveling for roughly $20-$40 a month (200-400 oc) if you just focus on strictly building up on 200% boosts. If that's still a lot of money to some people, no offense but they should do some actual grinding in real life then.
It can still be a lot to some people, even if they can afford it, spending $20-$40 on a game per month just to level, with no other benefits reaped, is bloated pricing. There are mmo's out there with $10 monthly fees that provide exp boosts and much more for far less. There are completely free mmo's with better EXP rates (Yes, Onigiri is completely free. But I'm talking about free mmo's that don't shoot you in the knee for playing free) . I don't think it's a matter of people "Not grinding in real life"... its that needing to spend that much at all to have top tier leveling really is crazy when compared to the way other companies run their games.
