I've got kind of a silly question. I just logged on for the first time in a few months and picked up the New Years quests telling me to collect letters from youkai. Now are these letters dropped from any youkai or specific youkai? Because I tested the waters in some of the fields and wound up with nothing.

Youkai around your level or higher.

It is the best bow skill Ougi. You will want to get it to full training, and then rank up, and get it to full training.

It is one of the bow skills that with higher tier bows, able to deal 500k~1 million+ dmg depending on your critical chance.

It's sickeningly strong, it's like a long range ougi true spirit blast that hits 2-3x more, at the cost of more dura and mana.

I don't know about 500k-1m, but I can hit 400k-500k with it at Rank VI Lv 2x. Although this is with a +100 Satan Cross and not using full bow SF build, it's pretty good considering bow has shit for mobbing in the first place. To put in perspective, Tekato's TSB hits anywhere from 250k-300k, where my ougi hits 200-250k on the first hit then 50-70k x3 on the explosion part of it. I'm pretty sure if I level it a bit more and decide to put on 220~SF as opposed to 120~SF I could maybe hit a total of 700k? Just not a priority for me atm.

TL DR; Just use it and level it to Rank VI

I got a interesting question I've been pondering on. I'd just recently started to play Onigiri on the Xbox One, and never touched the PC version before. Is there anyway to link your character from one system to another?

You've actually linked your subquest - which rewards a gemini magatama. Luckily, can see the quest in question on the sidebar to the right.

The actual quest is to synthesize a purity magatama by speaking to kaguya. The quest immediately before had you kill 3 different types of monsters and collect their drops. (though you might have had some of them already)

These were the drops needed for the materials to craft, so you should be fine in that aspect.

You can't sync your character, but you're not very far in so it shouldn't be a problem - especially when you know what you're doing this time around.

The JP servers have 5x more exp than the EN servers, so that's why it wouldn't match. Regardless of such, I suggest you play on the PC server if you are incapable of reading jp, as you'll get bored less easily when there's people to talk to and enjoy the game with.
