Well I'm still a fairly new player (been playing just over a month now) , so I can really only speak with a fresh impression towards the game's management team.

In terms of customer service, compared to most other f2p MMO's customer support, I believe they are at least sufficient in their efforts to be as accommodating as possible to our problems. I have never had contacted them with an issue that ended up unresolved or put off for so long it became irrelevant.

While it would be nice to know what they are fixing before or during updates, I think its realistic that it shouldn't be a priority and I am content with the fact that they give that information immediately following the update.

I think they are doing what a f2p game should in their efforts to keep the player up to date in how the game is developing.
However, In the limited time i have spent playing the game and talking with players new and old, I have noticed more players are leave the game, and fewer seem to be joining.

The only suggestion I have for any reasonable improvement would be that they need to take the EN player base more seriously if they want it to not only succeed, but survive at all. I understand that it is a JP company, but I strongly believe we are at a point in time where MMO's can and should function with a priority of global equality in terms of critical game elements as well as constructive, efficient attention to feedback from the players.

This doesn't mean they don't have trash their roots as a JP game, nor give us everything that the JP game gets. All i'm suggesting is at least view the EN and JP versions of the game as equal marketing opportunities, and to treat the EN version with a bit more respect. Maybe the next time JP gets an exclusive costume or event, the EN game gets something that is unique to them as well.

Simply put, I would like to see the two not as superior and inferior versions of the game, but as equals in respective opportunities. I really don't think that's too much to ask and if anything I believe it would yield more activity in the EN player-base, more sales for the Onigiri team, and a more enjoyable experience for the player.
