Can't accept my quest

I've been doing my main quest, and i go to accept my next one "Saving Susanoo" In Temportal Rift. Once i try to accept it, it says "Could not receive item due to inventory being full". I've cleaned out my inventory many times after this and kept trying but it continues to keep saying this. Please help thank you!!! >-<

Is the reward a friendship item? If yes, your friendship items in your inventory must be at 99. Discard at least 5-10 pcs.

Depending on your level, you may not be able to proceed with your quests. You must be at least level 60 in order to continue when you arrive at Echigo. Also, Susanoo's friendship must be at a certain level to continue. I would suggest trying to level him up to at least level 17. Other than that maybe check your inventory to see if it is full. You can't proceed with quests if you cannot collect the items.
