oninodachi recipe/ need help of GM probably please

hello , i managed to sell my oninodachi recipe back when i was noob. now i,m level 79 and i noticed that i cannot smith weapons because the option is missing from Yoshitsune.
Is there a way i could recieve Oninodachi recipe now ? or does someone know a solution for my problem ? please help because i cannot make myself Dragon Spear
