Can't use the Nyankoronpon but I have 3 gacha tickets

Hi, I really need help with this problem, I started not too long ago (lv 26) and I noticed I had some Gacha Tickets and I wanted to use them. I asked a guy how to use them and he explained and everything, when I tried using them it said I DIDN'T HAD any tickets then I got confused and didn't know what to do, can someone help?

Unfavourite them and/or take them out of your present box.

Some nyankoropomfs are also silly and don't accept tickets - though I don't think we have any of those at the moment.

the nyankoronpon wont accept gacha tickets is it something wrong with the game or is it just the its set up this time

i believe you can only use the gacha tickets on Units 2-5 i think,
it doesnt let you use on the first Unit in Nyankoropon
