Account been lock!! JP version

one of my friends' account been lock in JP server. i heard from my other friends, said that her friend used his account to play and in the end afk for the whole week i think. now his account been locked by the server. my friends said that once been lock, cannot log in anymore or take a lot of times to log in. is it true? i played a lot with his character and kinda angry about what happen.....his level is lvl 115..........

Why are you asking a question about the JP server on the EN board? The two servers function differently from one another.

LOL you can get banned or something all because afk a whole week? kinda silly & down right idiotic reason >.> granted I don't play the JP server but IMO that's really stupid, of all the things one can get locked.ban for they had to pick this one? well am not shocked I've seen really stupid reasons that someone gets banned for or server locked.

Being afk won't get a player banned. It's not against the ToS and the are multiple players in JP who are either multi-clienting or running onigiri on multiple computers to create solo parties.
The issue here aside from OP posting a JP related issue in the EN forum is that the account in question isn't even theirs. From the sounds of it, multiple people are using the account. Not only is that against the ToS (correct me if I'm wrong, but I would interpret this as transferring ownership of ones account to another person, even if temporarily), but there's also no way to tell how other people are using the account.

Then again

This means the account hasn't been banned..... Maybe the difficulty is due to someone else is already logged into it since evidently at least 3 (maybe 4) people use it..

Bottom line that has been addressed multiple times before, don't let other people use your account, JP or EN.
Not that the account was OPs anyways...
