Help in Purchasing OC!

i have a problem purchasing OC due to ePIN that is said "The E-Pin is not correct. Please input correctly.". but i already purchased a AMPED ePIN but doesnt accept the PIN ( ... i need help from the PH players that are loading in LoadCentral please kindly help me, Thank You Very Much.
