character cant login

ever since the seki event my character Puruneko cannot login. i have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, but to no avail. if worse case scenario i cant ever login to my character can i have all my onigiri coins i have purchased and or used on Puruneko. i know its a lot to ask but i really cant login to her and she is my highest lvl 90 close to 91. i have no idea what to do here but if i have to i will delete her after issues are discussed. i love to play onigiri, i love meeting people on onigiri, i just love the game period. if i cannot login to her ploease let me kno i will delete her.but i know this may sound a liltte rude but, i want either want my coins back i have spent on Puruneko my main or, some kind of thing to at least have a great start on my new character. plz help me. i really dont wanna try to go to a lvl 90 again. it was way to much work in the 1st place. fun but alot of work and time.

Do you have a screenshot of the particular error message you receive when experiencing the issue?
There is a chance that your download was corrupted.

This happened before too; Cheeseburger fixed it with an emergency maint somehow last time.

It's something about a monster getting stuck underground, so I think we'll need the GM team to do the same thing again this time around.
