Help purchasing OC...?

I've bought Onigiri Coins several times before, but after attempting to purchase some the last two days or so, nothing seems to be happening. I selected 'Paypal', and logged in, then selected 'Payment Amount' from the blue drop down list, but it didn't show any of the payment amounts available, and the page remained as it was.

Now maybe I'm doing something wrong, because I will admit, it has been months since the last time I bought oc, and it might just be that there's something else I should be clicking...? While this isn't a question that needs to be responded to right away, I am quite eager to spin a few times in Nyankoropon, and hopefully get the Ougi I really want this time...

Try refreshing the page (press CTRL + F5). The website is slow sometimes and may not load completely/properly.
Usually I log in first before going to the charge page.
The amounts show up as soon as you click Paypal; you shouldn't need to click Payment Amount title.
