The second boss at Yakumo Temple is Chief Daruma, first encountered at Kishinden.

Perhaps you didn't notice it the first time as there have been times that I've managed to kill him before he uses his invincibility skill.

Regardless, for this skill he will after taking some damage (at least 25% but he most commonly uses it at around 50% hp or less) suddenly drop a green screen down his body which will then render him impervious to any future attacks as well as any attacks during the screening.

At this state you are required to kill the summoned darumas nearby the chief in order to drop his invincibility shield.

From what I see it's likely that you are bordering the line of being able to consistently kill the chief within 1-3 attacks which is why you can sometimes kill him before he uses his ability and sometimes he manages to pull it off. If the case that I mentioned above happened to be the case and the first time you fought in kishinden you managed to kill him before he could activate his shield, then that's probably why you didn't initially notice it.

So therefore this incident is not a glitch but a feature when fighting this "boss"


As for your gacha tickets other than a support ticket which will they will probably get around to eventually with some automated copy-paste response I can't really help you much there.
