You get one by completing Musashi's quests. You can get up to TWO if you complete them all.

To visit Dagger's Peak, Talk to Musashi after you accept the quest.

Also, you will need the luck and patience to obtain all the 5 swords, so keep spamming it.

That problem is that some people just don't have the luck at the patience... I've been grinding for 3 days, and I still haven't completed her first quest

Does it matter what skill level you enter? I can handle hard mode but seems to make little difference to the end drops

For Gouentou, enter normal

You can get the weapons on any level. I just spammed Hell and I eventually got it. Just needs patience and a really fast run.

Can I find Gouentou in normal mode or it's better if I hunt that in Hell?

Just out of interest, what is the lowest level that players have done Hell Mode solo? I got sick of looking for a group so tried it at 84 and managed fairly well, resorting to a bow & a lot of circle strafing for the boss fight. Has anyone managed it with a lower level? I admit I was using Ougi on twin sword & bow to help things along

hell mode solo with a sword at level 55, I'll admit I died once or twice but with +60 weapons and good magas, also switching to miyamoto helps too, I got it in about 14-15mins.

Nice work Blazef2, wish I'd known that was possible sooner as I wouldn't have wasted so much time waiting for groups
Although I only play twin swords & bow so not sure if it would be as easy, plus I don't like switching to Miyamoto as I don't like the sword/oodachi play style.
