Gacha tickets not working

I have two gacha tickets for the NyankoroPon. When I was about to use the gacha, the system doesn't recognize the gacha tickets at all, despite possessing them. Is this a system bug or something that was overlooked? If anyone can provide some help, please leave a message.

It can't be used in Unit 1 if that's what you're trying.

As far as I know, they can be used on Units 2-5, but not Unit 1. There shouldn't be any problems with them.

You're trying Unit 1 aren't you?
