Inferno Gargoyle

Been at normal mode inferno gargoyle on my main here at level 102 using grade 90 kerasamemaru.

Just one explosion from the gargoyle is one hit ko. (Not talking about the normal attacks, just that one explosion)

Considering it is only level 75, is that normal or is it a glitch?

Ps: got two sf mags for sword and one chiami.

I'd be more surprised if it didn't one shot me even on normal (which I was when it only did 800 damage to me) than if it did one shot me (which is what I was expecting). Hard only does about 3k a hit to me (Assuming it doesn't crit me) and I have yet to start farming hell.

Normal and Hard are both relatively easy. Hell is a complete bitch. You can't go 30 seconds without dying.

I tried tanking and blocking with two mercury ore magmata, one chiami and one haidara.

It worked for me at least when in a group.

PS: I do have sf magmata but I use them when I feel like dealing dps.

Oh, spent oc on stat reset 3 weeks ago to make my character power class.

That's where you went wrong. The two defensive stats we have mean little to nothing. Every few thousand defense stat you gain barely equals 1-2% damage reduction. Beyond that, with a Chiami, to "pseudo-tank", you need to build crit rate, damage, and potentially max health anyways, not defensive stats. I'm fairly certain I know why the fire gargoyle does little to no damage to me, but I'll let people figure that out on their own.

You use them when you feel like dealing dps? Wtf this game is all about dps if ur not dealing damage you're just being a useless leech. Even if you could take a few hits with that build it wouldn't matter since ur not dealing damage the boss is obviously not going to target you so what the fuck is the point.
P.S. hint to ryxa's damage reduction "fire gargoyle".. if you can't figure it out from that ur autistic as fuck.

Even if you could take a few hits with that build it wouldn't matter since ur not dealing damage the boss is obviously not going to target you so what the fuck is the point.
