I just tried the dungeon im lv 92 about 7.4k hp and he doesn't 1 shot me or anything. It takes him about 3-4 attack to kill me. Still died but was fun.

What difficulty?

normals I tried to solo.

You should only get one shot on hell.

I would guess that those were normal hits (lance swings) or that you had a lot of defence magatama (seeing as you didn't know about elements). Even on normal, it wouldn't be odd for it to ohko a lvl 92.

I may or may not have gone in with 3 grasshopper mags and an inari with steal attack cyphers (@ lvl 114) on my first try of normal... If so, it did not go well -.-"

Assuming no crits, and you built a lot of fire (having 85 fire myself), you will not take much damage. however, crits will almost definitely kill you.
