Liquor will not affect her, but your magatama will. It takes your maximum SF, along with all of your elements, cool down reduction, etc. This is why having a high critical and critical force stat is relatively important when playing her.
Do note that she currently has the potential to do the most damage in the game, assuming that you have enough of her passives proc'd.
Thats great to hear. She does amazing damage... It makes me wish she would live long enough at infernal garg hell to really shine.
