What can I buy with 100 coins?

I'm considering purchasing 100 coins for $10 on the PC version of the game. This game is a lot of fun, I mainly play this game (I have a character on the PS4 as well), and i play Dragon Nest. Since DN's cash system is screwed up, i'm considering buying coins in this game. But what can I really buy in-game that will benefit my lvl up progress? I've noticed there are so many 100+ lvl characters on PC version than on the PS4 and the PC has stalls. I was disappointed at the fact that you cannot purchase outfits in this game. Rather you have to gamble it.. All I'm asking what are the benefits of purchasing coins in this game. And would I be able to afford stuff with 100 coins?

Edit: I also noticed my character's weapons are 10-15 lvls below. How can I keep my character up to date (weapon-wise?).

Any prices within that range would be...
1. Ougis on weapon (30-40 OC)
2. Materials (If they arent a ripoff, but its a ripoff prove anyway)
3. Recipes (8 OC min)
4. Magatamas (Clean or Broken)
5. Friendship items (lol. Nubtrap)

100 OC? Avoid the stalls then. You *can* get some ingredients for Magatama crafting and the like, but you'd be better off finding those yourself. All of the decent gear at stalls can run you 500 OC+ (I once saw someone selling weapons at more than 3k OC each. I nearly cried at that).

Better off going to the Shopping Plaza and getting 200% Ryou Boosts, 200% Drop boosts, or roll Nyankoropon. That's what I use my OC for. Drop boosts and Ryou boosts are critical if you want to keep your weapons from becoming shit. Smelt them as high as possible, keep their grade and durability as high as possible, and get good magatamas to go with them.

If you save till you have 150 OC, maybe you could 5 roll.

Note: Please do not do 1 rolls individually. I find it to have better luck 5 rolling than 1.

There are other better things to spend on, but if you're a bit of a packrat like me, you may want to get the storage expansion. It's 80 OC per 50, and can only be bought 4 times for 200 total extra space.
