PS4- Need answers to a few questions.

Firstly, What is the best secondary stat for bow/twin swords user.
2-At the PS4 current version how many free gacha tickets are obtainable?
3-Are there any other costumes [costume vendors?] other than the starter outfits or from the cash shop? I obtained a gaurds uniform from a quest, is there any others like this?
4-Is there any way to take a skill from one weapon to use it on another?
I'm pretty sure that's all and I appreciate any answers.

1. In my personal opinion, obtaining Pow is generally good for any non-magical weapon for the extra affinity per 10 POW. There are some exceptions where you can get WIS instead for more SP and with every 24 WIS, get 1 critical.

3. You could get other outfits by "rolling" at Nyankoropyon. Do 5 rolls rather than 1 rolls.

4. Level up Momotarou's friendship to skill extract skills (Up to Rank VI). If you want to extract Ougi Skills, you can get an Ougi Extraction ticket via Nyankoropon.

Slightly different answers:

1. Mnd (at least 40 for passive sp recovery, ougi rapid storm and ougi meditation). Pow/Wis are more like tertiary stats imo for when you have enough mnd.

2. I don't think I remember myself, but someone should be able to answer that if you say where the current story cap is.

3. Do they have an Ungaikyou-like npc in Onigashima/Yamataikoku etc (in the PS4 version)? These can be bought with ryou. Other than that, no. Unless there's an event such as Christmas events etc.

4. Skill Extraction http://onigiri.cyberstep.com/_/forum/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=3252. Note that the ranks you can extract are limited. Ougi can only be extracted with ougi extraction tickets (from the Nyankoropon), but I'm not sure if PS4 has these yet.
