Seeing how the flametusk garg sword has wind elemental... I am tied on what ougi I can use to pair up with the ougi bursting embers with.

I could use crimson flame blast smash or verdant storm.

Both have their merits, but what do you guys recommend?

I personally hate CFBS... so Verdant Storm.

@Helix, I'd recommend you find a full party to do Arch Deathscythe with regardless of difficulty. Everyone deals set flat damage and takes set percentage damage in that dungeon, and you do not have access to additional resurrections should you die.

Also, every time I get some good ones, they replace even better ones on my weapons so is the gamble even worth it?

Depends. If you can manage with just the skills that you already have, then probably not. I generally want good skills on anything I take to +100, though.

Also another question, what level does anyone recommend to start using Ougi skills?

Depends on what weapon you're playing. Level isn't really much of a factor, though. Maybe Kaga...

What kind of drops are available from Hail Tiamat and Crag Gargoyle? I completed one run each and was not impressed. I mean, 100k ryou chest from Tiamat was kinda nice, but I'd rather have my 9 Soul Eggs back. As for Crag Gargoyle, just a 10k chest and 30k chest. But at least that one was easy.

I also really need Skill Evolution explained becuase for some reason Momotarou won't evolve every maxed out skill, just a seemingly random few. Two Golden Eye bows, both with Venom Arrow I on them, both Venom Arrows maxed out. Wanted to evolve the Venom Arrow on my equipped bow, but for some reason that's unevolveable, but the other bow is fine. How is that possible? It's the same skill, so they both should be able to evolve, shouldn't they? Well, *logically* they should. I vaguely recall reading something about skills having "multiple borders", but no explanation as to what that actually means has surfaced, to my knowledge. Can't find anything on that. What does it mean exactly? How do I tell if a skill has it? Why does it even exist to begin with? Wouldn't it just be simpler to allow any skill that's reached the maximum level for it's rank be evolved? Is that even the problem I'm facing or is there something else wrong? I'd really like to know, because right now I've got a lot of weapons that *should* be able to evolve (I've got Momotarou levelled up enough, before you suggest that), but for some reason they're just not evolving. I wouldn't mind if the game would at least tell me why it won't evolve, but I don't even get that. It's pretty frustrating having these great weapons, with lousy Rank I skills. I *should* in theory be able to evolve up to Rank III at the moment, but even getting Rank IIs is confusingly rare.
