Pc account to ps4

Is there any possible way to play the same character i have on pc on the ps4? I tried putting my email and logging in but it doesnt let me..

Maybe as this isnt cross platform i cant play my character?

Can't play PC character on console. If we could, there'd be a bunch of trolls transferring their 115's over to console and trolling the lower level players. Besides, PC is several updates ahead of console, so there'd be that to deal with as well.
