How long does the ERR_01008 ban last?

Ok, so from what little this site has about it, this freezes your account when you spend too much.
Nice. Cool. I get it.

How do I get my account back? Does it just last a week? A month? Forever?

Please help. I'm trying to contact somebody on their Main site too.

As far as I know, these are indefinite. But, if its a suspension to inspect, you probably did something that wasnt allowed, and thats why.

Found out they just froze my card after I went Nyankoro PON crazy.
I just started playing and wanted to jazz up my character, you know??

Hopefully it isn't indefinite, because that's a lot of money gone!

... That splain's a lot. If you do that, they might think that you're hacking, so do a certain amount of rolls, and then wait a day or two, and continue on.

C$ has another whale I see. If they'd actually fix the game, they'd have a lot more and wouldn't be in poor financial position. Oh well, whatever.

I think it's because I play PC and PS4 and there were purchases on two different machines, so my card people was like "NOPE" and then CyberStep halted the account.
That's good that they are protecting people from theft.
Now that somebody has contacted me, I think they're going to fix it. I'll keep this post updated.

The aggression from old players towards new players and the CyberStep company is just astonishing. I can see why no one wants to come here for help.

Is this game even worth fighting for? Do you think I should just give up?

I've been contacted twice by someone from the other side trying to help, but now what they want from me is to pay $20 that I "owe" but I never got the points for that money so do I really owe that?

That makes no sense to me but I'm still trying to get my account back.

I feel robbed.

This is exactly what happened to my old account.

You can pay them the 20 you "owe" but one of the following will happen: A. You get your account back or B. C$ thinks you paid for coins and gives you OC and you don't get your account back OR C. You get your account back and extra coins (probably not gonna happen)

Its up to you whether to pursue this or just drop it and make a new account.

As for "aggression towards CyberStep company", maybe if they would fix/ improve the game and actually give us free shit like they did with the latest Trashbox and Ps4 content update***, I'm sure the veteran players would be a lot happier.

*** Trashbox/Ps4 got a lot of free shit from waiting a couple months or so for Edo update while PC waited over a year for an update and didn't get diddly squat.
