Efficient farming Golden Daruma Points/Nyankoropon Points?

As the title would suggest, I'm trying to get a way or place to efficiently farm to get points in both the Golden Daruma shop and the Nyankoropon shops.

I read somewhere the daily wardings is pretty good for that. Aidama gives 15 points. Other than that, a full party in one of those mobby dungeons would drop a lot of items. As for Nyonkoropon points, I think you need to spin in order to get tradable items. Alternatively, gift boxes for completing quests do give out tradable items too. I'm sure other people have better ideas on this.
