Quest Error and forced log out on SP Gacha Repair Quest

I don't know why, but I think Onigri still registered my old torn SP Gacha ticket. I deleted the old quest since it expired a month ago I think. But now I see the SP Ticket Repair Keifuu, I have the little "You completed the quest" sign above him. When I click on him to accept the rewards thing, it logs me out with "Quest error."
; w; What do I do? Just wait for the next maintenance. Also, sadness is when you try your best to get a Miyamoto Musahi and be completely depressed when you never get her no matter what :')
