How exactly do Sakazuki weapons work?

As far as I know the Sakazuki weapons are mainly used as gifts to Special Partner characters to level them up. Correct me if I am wrong.

I got a good one, I'm on the last couple of smelts for my bow. And I was wondering should i keep pioson rapid shot 4 for the goldaruma or just skill evolve it to 5. I have yes to actually inflict the poison staus on him with it just saying.

Just skill evolve it to 5 because you still wont be doing much damage with that skill anyway not to mention you wont get much skill force to it from your magatama. Just identify inti rami until you get poison cloud 5 or 6 because that will 1-shot it anyway.

Do rank 10+ magas work on the sublime ougis?

Edit: I heard from a player ingame that they count as rank 8 skills. Have not confirmed.

Sublime ougis seem to be listed in the same column above rank 10s skills. Whether that actually means it's above rank 10 or not, I'm not sure.
