How good is Ougi Soul Edge?

Got an Ougi card with it on it for all weapons, and not only do I not know where I got it, but I've never seen Soul Edge in action before ingame.

I haven't seen the ougi but here are some stats:
It's another copy/paste ougi so the stats are the same for any weapon :/
From what I can tell it's a 4 stage combo though I could be wrong about this. Likely an aoe, too.

30% slash, 35% fire, 35% water

250 sp
60 dura
(total, I guess? It's been too long since I've done this stuff OTL)

1476 -> 1594 sf

Since the SF is for each hit it does a nice amount of damage, but it's pretty slow to use. Overall I think it's a decent ougi if you put it on a rime or a lancelot weapon.

It's the bonus for rolling Lancelot in the Nyankoporon, just like Log Rumble for Sakata Kintoki.
