Rapid Storm is not evolvable as there is no Rapid Storm VI in the game code.

Hello! I'm fairly new here and I was wondering where the "special festival dungeons" and Namahage were located? In the Update, it only specifies that its in Onigashima. I spent a good 15 minutes walking back and forth and I'm still unable to find it. Thanks in advance!

First talk to the NPC Izuna (the fox girl), then go to Onigashima training grounds and click on the ">" arrow to select the setsubun event.

Oh I see, thank you! I have a couple more questions:

- I've been told that getting a staff that has Rapid Storm is really good and after running around Onigashima, I came upon this staff
I'm no expert, but it seems pretty good and while I would buy it, I would prefer that it had Ougi Meditation instead of Extend Heal. This is primarily because I run out of SP quite often (I'm only level 46 and I'd assume it would improve later on). Should I still buy it?

- After running around looking at shops, I've noticed that some Mags say "<Rank [#]+ [insert skill name here] ....>" Does this mean it only affects skills that are of that rank? (I realize how dumb this sounds)

- I also assume that I would save up Ougi Skill Set Cards for endgame weapons, but would they be so abundant later on during mid-late game that I could just put it on my current weapon and it'd be just fine?

That is correct, in addition 'rank [#]+' means it affects those at that rank and above and '[insert skill name here]' actually means it only affects to skills of certain weapons, for example: 'Rank 1+ Staff Skill Force+1%' means any staff skills at rank 1 and above would deal 1% more damage (this doesnt affect skills with no skill force, notably buffing skills like Invigorate and Strike Boost; healing skills still have skill force btw, you can check this yourself)

No they are not, unless you can charge a lot of OC or obtain many Gacha Tickets to roll Nyankoropon, which sucks.

After watching some videos explaining the builds around a certain weapon, I'm starting to doubt the route i'm going for. Is Wand + Bow/Twin Sword Hybrid even possible? Should I stick with only one or could I stretch it to two weapons? What should be my end game stats if I'm going for the said hybrid (assuming that its viable)?

I would recommend focusing on one build then another, like do Wand build 1st then Bow 2nd or whichever you like; also dont try entering dungeons with different types of weapons (staves are exception) unless you are confident with your weapon durability or you go #yolo xD

Maybe you could do the exp ticket dungeon to raise your level a bit and then do the "golden weapon hunt" dungeon to get some decent weapons.

I wouldn't buy that staff, weapon level 25 is too weak AND to buy stuff from other players you need to use the coins you buy with real money (or if you are lucky and manage to sell something to another player). So, wasting real money on that weapon is not worth imo.
