Ougi Extraction ticket not working

Hi all,
I am unable to extract ougi skills using the extraction ticket. I can get as far as clicking 'use' while selected in the inventory, but once open, no weapons appear. Is anyone experiencing the same thing? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Do any of your weapons have Ougi Skills to extract? Note that the Ougi Skill on the Oni's Dagger can't be extracted.

I was under the impression all skills were ougi skills. If not then what actually are they?

I see. A quick search shows Ougi skills are different. For the last two slots.

Yep, there's normal skills and Ougi skills. If you have Momotarou, he can extract normal skills, provided they're the right level (not rank) and his level is high enough, though the extracted skill will lose a level.
