It would cost a fortune to buy if you could. Both the recipe and, as an axiom, the weapon are non bazaarable. You can buy up to the spark/white flash but the raid and brilliant you'll have to do tiamat oni mode, and get the recipe. It's also the only place to get the pure lightning cores needed to craft it.

I wouldnt recommend buying it since, depending on which mats and how many you want to buy, even at min price you would have to pay at least 2k oc ig.
