Unable to Login even after password change

Hello there people,
I'm not new to this game but perhaps, if I'm not mistaken I was here around 2015 for awhile. This is me getting back to the game. I'm trying to get back into my main account, but as the title suggest I can't log in even after a password change. Thank you and have a good day.

You should be able to recover it, as long as you still have access to the email you registered with. Try contacting them through their website https://www.cyberstep.com/help/mailform_n/select_type/us_og

I'm glad I'm not the only one with this problem, I've been wanting to get back in but I haven't been able to at all.

Just a thought, is it possible that you are trying to log into a different server? I mean, the steam/switch and pc versions are run separately.
