Black pixels graphic problem on skills cast

Yes I can confirm its not about my hardware and driver issue as I pre-load ATI 13.12,14.4,14.6 came out this same problem.
Don't worry about my hardware as I running "Watch dogs" on ultra but not on this game. Lol

I Might think this is some kind of shadow mesh problem or the flash came from skill that cause it. Maybe the developer can fix it up on the coming OBT.
