Failed to move update files?

tried all the tips..sad to say, its still failed to update..guess its time to drop the game..

i added the 4th solution : after restarting the PC..... u should run the game as "run as administrator"

I did all the tips here and my launcher still fails to update. I even repaired it using the installer. Any other option for me? Thank you!

change your applocale to English (United States)

Control panel -> Region -> Administrative -> change system locale -> English (United States) -> restart your computer.

JP Locale seems to work perfectly fine for me, for the launcher o_O

Just Re-Install the Game, n' Open from the Shortcut in Desktop

i did everything you guys said but it always happening something wrong for exp:there some 2 missing files on installing like D:\onigiri\pkg\avatar_body-0000.kxr and D:\onigiri\pkg\anime-0003.kxr *i dont know how im gonna put the picture*
and when i start it it said error i did everything its still the same <:3
