Error: Err_00102 (FIXED)

Recently I bumped into this error which they called it, network connection error. but i dont believe that i had a faulty connection, so here's what i did.
1. Deleted all the files in pkg folder (i know while installing, some files are corrupted)
2. run the game
3. let it download all update files needed.

Well, i have done this on my 2 pc, with my isp, my brother's isp, my mother's isp, something like 30 times and have this fucking error. I have checked all file crc with my brother client and they are the same, so the error is not here.
I play other game, i have done maj for them, and all ok, so this is not isp, files ot other things, it's a server bug.
