If you are leveling Ibaraki properly through the storyline, it should unlock once you beat belze at izumo. And I don't think there is a way to increase bow distance, however the range limit is not 10 but roughly 13.9-14.0 meters

honestly, i really sad because of service team's fixes in this version. In the CBT, i often go around to help the random people, then we can chat and make friend together. That was a great time. Sometime, i hide my level and join with them as a newbie, to talking as a friends, then i show them a big surprise and help them until they come to Kyoto, if they don't disregard me or treat me as bad.
But now, the dungeons much easier, and my level is showed up, i can't make friend cuz they don't need a team for dungeon anymore. And because of that, they leveling so fast, they busy with their quests and have no time to stand outside the dungeon for chat, for make friend. I tried to join a team when i do Yakumo Temple, but what i received? "Do it by yourself, lazier." How sad... they said that because their levels higher than mine, and they feel free when do it alone.
Another thing, that... Baazar(s), it's make my game lagged every time i get in a town. But what they sell? A bunch of trashes with the stupid prices, i totally don't care about it, because i just have 60 Onigiri coins.
I miss the times we friends go around together. The times someone call us and say "please help me with Tiamat", the times we say "be friends with us? we can do the quests together.", the time we say "The truth is... i'm not a newbie, join with me, i'll help you from now, tell me anything you need, friend."... more and more memories blowing on my mind. But the Onigiri i knew has gone, the nowaday Onigiri just like any other games, it stolen any pleasure from me... i think i should back to Skyrim or something like that.
