Happy New Year Event in Onigashima 2015!

Event Details

Two new strange cat creatures named "Takega" and "Fuku-ume" have come to Onigashima for New Year celebrations!

*Be aware that the NPCs "Takega" and "Fuku-ume" will only appear on Jan. 1st, 2015 at 0:00 server time!
These two cat's have their own special requests.
Starting on Dec. 31st, 2014 until Jan. 13th, 2015, for a limited time some enemies will drop the "Festive Letters" items.

Event Schedule:

"Festive Letter" items will begin to drop on Dec. 31st, 2014
"Takega" and "Fuku-ume" NPCs will appear on Jan. 1st, 2015 at 0:00
Lasts until: Jan. 13th, 2015 at maintenance start.

These limited time "Festive Letter" items have 8 different kinds in total.

Collect all of the letters "H" "A" "P" "P" "Y" "N" "E" "W" "Y" "E" "A" "R"!

Pro-tip

As a reward for completing those cat monsters' requests, you will get the limited item "Happy Box"!

Collect the letters "H A P P Y" and bring them to "Fuku-ume"
to get a "Happy Box 2015"!

Collect the letters "N E W Y E A R" and bring them to "Takega"
to get a "Special Happy Box 2015"!

You can hand in either quest as many times as you like during the event, so go ahead and collect those Happy Boxes!

"Festive Letters" are similar to Partner items in that they drop more often when you defeat enemies of a higher level than you, and less often for enemies lower than your level.

What's more is that these items can actually be eaten!
Eat them to recover a little bit of HP.
