Super Frustrating Customer "Support"

I sent in an inquiry about not receiving items from the Shining Moon OC Campaign, afterwards I made further purchases of OC AFTER 9/12.

Thank god I received the presents from the Midsummer OC Campaign without any errors but guess what, the reply to my inquiry was this:

"Greetings from the Onigiri Management Team!

Thank you for your inquiry regarding Onigiri.

Our records indicate that you have now received the presents for your purchases. If you are still having issues receiving them , please go to menu > System > Presents and they should be there now! Please get back with us if you are having any issues."

Hmm. God damned bloody records. I'd sure like to see them because I really have issues receiving what I'm owed.
I really don't think I'm making a fuss about nothing because OC isn't exactly cheap.
