I very specifically said this on the wiki page for onigiri coins.
"Other ways to obtain OC are by selling items to other players (With a 30% tax), completing free OC offers, and through events. OC obtained through events cannot be spent in player stalls and can only be spent in the Shopping Plaza, Nyankoropon, or for revivals."
