where to get dry staff? i got it once but used it for enhancement...now i cant get it anymore

do they really all drop on that dungeon where new chars spawn in front of?

edit: nvm got it again from opening a bunch of bronze things...i assume the weapons with 80 durability are all quest / craft items ?_?

I've been grinding the dungeons of Onishigama for 2 days now, with hours of play time and can't seem to find a cedar spear. I don't want to move on with the rest of my quests until I get it. Any tips on getting it to drop because I literally can't find it. Spear drops are pretty rare for me, and if I do get one it's always a Gingko spear :/

It took me like 10 runs but I got the Cedar spear from Training grounds.
