Robotech: Invasion was the "sequel" to Battlecry.
Trying to think of my favorite games out of all the games I've played makes my head hurt. Top of the list would be the game I modeled my life after: Lazy Jones on the C64. I'm still dodging the boss and playing games at work.
I'll try to keep it 1 per system:
After Burner (ARC) - (The good machine that moved as you played.)
Jedi Knight: Dark Forces 2 (PC) - (My first online game. Dial-up sucked.)
Legacy of the Wizard (NES) - (Remember video rental stores? I'd rent this from a mom & pop one in my town every time I was there. When the store went under, I bought this game off them.)
Secret of Mana (SNES)
Final Fantasy Legend II (GB)
Duke Nukem (GBC)
Castlevania: Circle of the Moon (GBA)
Red Alarm (VB) - (Yes, I own a Virtual Boy. Stop laughing.)
Conker's Bad Fur Day (N64)
Eliminate Down (GEN)
BlackThorne (32X)
Shinobi 2 (GG)
Dragon Crystal (SMS)
Popful Mail (SEGACD)
Ghost in the Shell (PS1) - (My pride and joy. Blows the SAC games out of the water.)
Phantom Crash (XBOX) - (My XBOX collection is very light, so not too many choices.
Monster Hunter (PS2)
Vanquish (XB360)
Bounty Hounds (PSP)
Demon's Gaze (VITA)
Kirby Superstar Ultra (DS) - (My list of DS games is even shorter than my XBOX list.)
Senran Kagura Burst (3DS)
I think I got all my owned systems...
