Ougi skills

Does anyone know if its possible to remove ougi skills from one weapons and transfer it to another? please and thank you \o/

Nope. This is completely wrong. Ougi can't be extracted. Any other skill sure, but not ougi.

You can skill evolve them. You can't skill EXTRACT them.

If this wasn't the case you would get people who just spend their time farming skill levels to extract it and bind it to new weapons and then selling those weapons, over and over and over again. And then no one would risk to acquire an Ougi when they can just buy one on a weapon that will let them spread it to other weapons.
