well i have the same problem i hope someone will fix this... you sure its only on winxp?.. well gonna try play this game in win 7... guess what this problem is really exist only in winxp its not the video card, i played it on win 7,8 with same specs of pc and its working a hell as fine,,,

I just found a way to fix it (temporary) :
Press U to hide UI and you can walk through the bazaar

And if you do get glitched, change resolutions if you could. It temporarily fixes the glitch until it glitches again.
