This game gives you plenty of the cash shop items in game, so it's not pay to win by any means. If you think that, try playing Fiesta Story, Jade Dynasty, Perfect world (or any PWE game), and there's tons of others.
Lol, is this guy high? 200-400% exp boost is not small. 30% increase Ryou and EXP month packs is not small. 100% Ryou boosts are not small.
There is an obvious gap of power/time between cashers and regular F2P players in this game.
