Where can I find the recipe for the Pineapple Magatama o.o?

Pineapple Magatama don't have recipes, they only drop as Magatama. Any enemies within the level range 25-33 on a Hard or Hell dungeon should drop them.

I want to fight mostly with a bow. I think I should max Dexterity. What is a good secondary stat to invest in? I don't plan on healing, doing magic damage, though i might use the twin blades since they get their power from dexterity too. Mostly I plan to kite monsters around with a bow.

Mnd for SP or Pow for higher level (and Affinity) caps. Probably some Mnd first though.

The recipe comes from a quest in Kumaso Village, although I'm not sure which one.

1. How do my partners get stronger? I've done a lot of battling with them, yet they NEVER level-up.
2. First Aid heals me.
Breath of Life heals you.
But, what skill heals your Partner? I've tried Breath of Life until my SP ran out, but my Partner's HP didn't get better.

1) Give them Friendship items (Alt > Story > Partner).
2) Nothing. Their HP recovers while they are not summoned.
