1. exp while in party: Noticed this with a friend. Hes lvl 14 dual sword and i run behind him to use heal I and Strike Boost III (he dealt once 4064 crit with this boost lol). i am myself a lvl 14 staff user. But at the end of a dungeon i get about half of the pool-exp then he does. The reason was discovered quickly: I only get 1/2 of the exp if i dont help (attack) to kill the monsters. this is really BS imo.
2. i cant buff myself with various buffs available on staffs (atleast sofar)
3. the difference of the heal force of different ranked skills doesnt match the SP consumption at all. Example: i have the skill "Energy Ball II" (61 SP) and "Energy Ball III" (91 SP). I heal about 245 + 2 over time with rank 2 and 275 + 5 over time with rank 3. This doesnt sum up. i have to pay 50% more SP for just a little bit more heal. This also works well with the normal "Heal" skill. from rank 1 to rank 2 the SP costs are almost doubled with a not really too great difference in heal. Thats why i prefer using lvl 1 heal skills since i would almost instantly run out of SP while team playing.
4. droprate of staffs: this might be only me, the game hates me or MND focused players in general. I rarely get any Staffs at all. i keep finding tons of silver, gold and even red equipments. especially wands, dual swords and spears. i had to play until lvl 9 with a lvl 1 staff when i first found a higher staff (lvl 10 white). This continues even until now. im now lvl 15 and only found 2 times a lvl 13 gold wand (which i lost due to a bug at lvl 12 -_-). the next staff i found is the silver lvl 21 staff... this really bugs me.
anyone can share this above mentioned issues? or is it just me?

I am asked by my friend to play a support class a.k.a healer with WIS and MIND stats. I was hesitant because there's no good review about being 'healer' in this game (Onigiri). But, anyway, I went to mage/cleric class route path and found mage is slightly more interesting than cleric. And...
I share the same sentiments about staffs got VERY HORRIBLE droprate and quality
1.Droprate of Staffs from Identifying ??? weapons are almost next to none. I played dungeons consecutively for around 10-12x times (at hell difficulty) plus monsters from world map I killed and got :
158 - bronze weapons
65 - silver weapons
43 - gold weapons
For total : 266 weapons.
From identifying all the weapons I got (some shit quality I sold directly) :
80 dagger/oodachi ( Some are gold/red quality, around 5 gold and 2 red weapon, and many other blue quality ).
52 katana/samurai ( got many Onigiris/Kikuchimojis/and other gold/red weapons so many that I'm thinking where are the red/gold STAFFS??? - 3 Onigiris, 3 Kikuchimojis, 3 Oninbate or whatever the name it is)
42 spears (some gold/blue)- mostly blunted tachi
30 bows (some good ones actually I got some excellent skills from these bows)
37 axes ( Which 5 are RED, with skills lv IV )
20 wands ( Talismans etc.. Only got 3 red Wands )
5 staffs ( Pine Staffs, Oak Staffs - NO GOLD/RED/BLUE STAFFS !)
Conclusion : STAFFs drop rates are sucks, quality-wise and quantity-wise. I don't know who else experience this?
2.Staffs has REALLY REALLY short range for NORMAL ATTACK.In order to use the ranged attack you MUST use SP (skills) like and deal with the delays. I thought Staffs can be used to pew pew pew like other online game, not used as 'batting stick', should be differed from Sticks.
Please ADD RANGED ATTACK for STAFFS like WANDS !
3.EXP Rates should be divided EQUALLY between Support class and the Attacker Class. And make the Support/Healer class more usable by :
a.Please ENLARGE the BUFF/DEBUFF Icon on each character in the party. I have difficulties in viewing the Buff/Debuff status on my teammates.
b.Please EASE UP the Targeting/Clicking System. I use TAB mainly, but I CAN'T CLICK ON my TEAMMATE'S Picture Avatar Group! And it's hard to TARGET MOVING PERSON, Please ADDS UP Auto-TARGET HEAL!!
In a heated BOSS BATTLE, IT'S VERY HARD to CLICK someone who has LOW HEALTH/LOW SPs.
My only solution is to cast Sanctuary which is not really a solution... since usually All party members are scattered around the BOSS Stage.
c.In my recent BOSS Battle, I'm the only Healer, but when I support more than one people, I RUN OUT OF SP very quickly and the result SOME of my TEAMMATES MUST USE ITEMS TO HEAL THEIR HP/SP or Die without getting Healed. I MUST USE SP-ADDITION Items in my inventory. Is there any way out to this? Or should we bring two people with invigorate, to support each other?
I also experience some MISSING in Healing, which is I target a person to heal, then when he/she moves around/about he/she got no HEAL BUT MY SP IS GONE AND THE SKILL DELAY IS ACTIVATED so I need to wait the skill for reactivate, or I use OTHER STAFFS to HEAL (which is a boner since it takes time to change weapon in-battle) ! The developer should fix this ASAP.
d.Hopefully, we can Buff ourselves with staff, please?
c.The different strength of Heal just doesn't make sense. I have two staves, one with Heal II and another Heal IV, but Heal II staffs heals much more significantly to Heal IV staffs, which of course consumpt MUCH MORE SPs than Heal II. Bugs or working as intended?
d.Trading system using Credits. Does anyone has complaints about this one? Is the CREDITS worth the MONEY? I've got MONEY to spend, but if it's not worth the price, I won't buy anything though.
IT'S FRUSTATING ENOUGH Playing with LEVEL.1 / LV.5 staffs/wands WHILE I'm already in lv.13-14. . (Although it still gets the jobs done though, I enhanced it to +20 to make up for low attack).
