[Patcher Problem]

So my friend has been dying in despair cause he can't play everyday. This is due to the fact that he has to repatch everything. I don't know how or why, but the patcher suddenly became Japanese version then patches. I tried cancelling it but then when restarted it just re patches the whole english version.
