The difference in Skill force

Postby Trinityking » 10 Jul 2014, 03:14

Let me get this straight. Increasing skill force allows your skills to become stronger. But only the skills right? not your basic damage where u just click the left mouse button. Now that increases my question. The problem during my grindings is where i ran out of SP on my Daring class Swordsman (mainly swords and Odachis so Pow stat all the way) and i find myself running away from enemies, trying to fill up with whatever's left of my sp pots.

Here's the question: How can i be able to somehow come up a way to make sure that i have enough SP to last me through the dungeon? Is skill force still worth it? If it is, is it just fate for me to have that problem since i follow straight damage swordman? And pls dont tell me that i have to raise my MND stat for sp regeneration cuz that'll just make my head hurt more about the stat thing. Pls and thank you for posting on this :)

MP is a problem on virtually all classes at this point, mind helps but it doesn't solve the problem tbh.
The simplest way would be to have a healer casting Invigorate on you or the AoE version Meditation, alternatively bring a staff to charge with holding shift will restore your mana.... this takes about half a minute. Honestly i'd just raise miroku's friendship and get better mp pots - that will usually help.

And yes, endgame skill force is the way to go.

well, im sure read somewhere that Mind increase how much you gain per regen, and Wis how fast the regen... not something gonna effect much in early level thought...

so yeah, aside SP pot , sake also have selection for replenish SP. but for me , i just change to bow then shoot and run to regen.

So then how can i increase my basic damage (where i just click the left mouse button ) so that i wont have to rely so much on my skills? Or should i always rely on my skills bc we just sorta evolve as we level from basic clicking to using skills?

Basic attacks grow useless as we progress through the game.
Selling all of my gear for ~40% of its market value!
~4 lv. 108 to 115 weapons remaining
Some skill card 7's, ougi, orna'd maga and other stuff too!

Yeah i should have figured that. Thanks for answering this guys

UPDATE:
Yeah i just found out that apparently if u smelt the weapon at least twice (+20) with the skill evolution (thanks to Blanc for explaining this to me viewtopic.php?f=12&t=3281) You can regain SP a little bit by doing basic attacking! I can't believe i never saw that, it would have saved me so much time and trouble :P
