YES! any stones (from piercing to infernos) drop from any mobs,whether in dungeon or field.
but i think magatamas drop is depend on each maps (for some magatamas) right?
oh and the rate of drop doesn't change at all at least for me,probably just RNG

Yea, the drop rate doesn't change, it is just RNG at works. Poor guy needs to calm down.

question : I have Ougi Skill Set Card 2 which one should I use on , my Spear to get Eternal thunder V or Staff to get Rapid Storm V , normal skill on spear already have water dragon spear VI so i'm not sure , may pick rapid storm on staff for RUN purpose lol

If I choose staff to get rapid storm V , do the level and grade of staff effect the skill ? if not I will just find a good-looking staff and pump Rapid storm into it even if grade 1 level 1 ^^

I'd choose Rapid Storm. Free unnerfed Moonking is always good. Your spears are usually good enough with a single WDS on them.

As far as I know grade and level does not affect the skill. Dump it on any staff you want.

does enhancing a staff make its heal skills better ?_?

& yea the stones dont drop anymore, the drop rate for the stones needed to craft some magatamas & used for som quests, their droprate has been shafted to the dirt

Yes, enhancing staffs makes the heals better. The heal is based off your damage; since enhancing increases your damage, your heals will be better.

Or I could have gotten completely mistaken and the heal is actually based off MND, then enhancing would not do anything to the healing value.
