A little suggestion for Chat Room, is there any way for the number of people it can hold increase? I'unno. Since there is still no Guild System yet in the game, the Chat Room feature is the only alternative for now. Maximum of 30 people seems a bit low.

Also, two people from the chat room I'm in already experienced crashing/disconnecting then having their items gone/altered.

We told one of 'em to report about it but why is it happening in the first place?

Seems I asked a darn lot of questions before so thanks for replying to every single one of 'em Ringo.

About the crashing and disconnections:

Were the items lost/altered recently obtained or switched out of the inventory and into the gear slots? (In other words, did they get the clothing/magmatas before their last normal log out, or during their most recent gaming session?)

This reminds me of a problem another game was having, where items that were either recently purchased or equipped were lost upon a DC, because the disconnection from the server without a prior "normal" logout caused the loss of character data (the server was not saving recent data, nor holding the character in a state of limbo until data was saved properly)

Until staff provided a fix, every single time we bought something, or switched equipment, or made any kind of significant change at all, we had to return to character selection or log out completely in order to ensure our data was saved in the event of a DC.

I'm not saying that this is the same, but certainly some kind of data error is occurring. The switch in clothing baffles me though.

Also, I don't want to seem greedy because this game has been quite generous with bonus items. But would you possibly consider compensation for EXP boost items lost due to crashes in kishinden hell mode?

I've lost two x50 EXP items due to this crash before I realized I wasn't the only one experiencing it, and I'm sure other players have lost boosts as well. I got these from lucky boxes and quests, but its still slightly disheartening. Maybe consider the distribution of a few of these items to all players rather than just those experiencing the crash to make up for it? ^^; I also used a soul egg in there when I died so that I could still get SS rank.

Not sure if it works, as I haven't done it myself.

P/S: The crash always happen when you get hit by Chief Daruma's homing attack. And it would be weird if the newer installer does fix it, as I have no idea on what is wrong at all.
Of course, back in CBT this didn't happen at all. (I'm using my CBT client to play on OBT without redownloading the new one)

Why isn't Resurrection available?

Usually around Izumo in the Japanese version, Resurrection would start to show up on identified staves.

I don't know if the drop rate was immensely lowered but I have yet to see anyone with resurrection.

Feedback: Boss Spawn Event
I was participating in the event few moments ago, each channel was full of players.
The lag was intense to a point of being unable to move at all, the bosses died the same second they were summoned.
Random deaths occurred because of the lag, I was no where near the boss yet I died twice through the lag, was standing on the pathway. Wasn't even able to get a single attack in, because of this, I gave up on the event.

Suggestion:

Hide-player Option: Allow us the choice to hide/remove players in the option menu or place a button near the Mini map.

Add Channels: During the event there were only 3 channels available and each channel was packed with players.

Private Map: Create a Map that's meant for events. Have players meet up in a specific area and have a GM summon the players to the Event map. Reason because, if these many players are at a regular playing field map, other players who are attempting to quest won't be able to do so because of the lag issue and disconnections.

Increase Boss Difficulty: Increase the Boss's HP and Defensive power, not everyone is low level, there is some major high level players who are above 70 - 80, meaning their attack power is most likely enough to kill any boss with one hit. That being said, I suggest having the GM increase the bosses stats to a point where it's an actual World-Boss fight, currently the event seemed like a "Joke" to these high level players.

Regarding my loss of accessories and magatamas due to the crash, I obtained them over a week prior to losing them as I had them the day the server launched.

My suggestions/feedback.

Do you think they could add an option to turn off the noise that happens every time someone types something? When you're in a crowded area for a while hearing the drip sound constantly can get kind of annoying.

I know someone's already mentioned this, but why was the XP reduced in the western version? I think people just want this version to be the same as the Japanese version. making weird changes like reducing the XP really just turns people off. I've seen strange decisions like that in Wizardry online and that game just shut down this summer.

Not exactly an issue with the game but, why did the people in charge of western marketing choose to show that one girl's breasts so much in all the adds? (including the first page of the website when you click the ad.) I've seen a lot of people complain about it, and it's the same marketing ploy all those crappy browser games use (like league of angels.) which sort of makes his game seem like just another one of those. It seems like they'd draw in more players if they focused more on showing the actual game, like the combat and the in game environments. Which they could focus on because this game is actually pretty good. The current marketing just makes people think this is just some crappy game for horny teenage boys (which after playing quite a bit of it I can say it's not.) sort of like Scarlet Blade.

Do they have any plans on releasing more cosmetic items for the cash shop like pets? They don't have to fight or anything so they'd just be for looks, that way the game can actually make money without people calling it pay to win. And people just really like collecting things like pets and mounts. It would be sort of cool if they could add pets that pick items up for you at some point too.

Dodging seems kind of crappy. Honestly just walking left or right seems better for avoiding attacks than the roll. Maybe increasing the roll distance/speed or adding a few frames of invincibility might help. It also might be nice if there was a dodge button like there is for blocking. Double tapping one the arrow keys just feels kin of clunky and it slows you down a bit because you have to take you finger off the key for a second in order to perform a dodge roll. If you could just press a button to roll in whichever direction you were moving it seems like it'd be more useful. Personally I'd bind a dodge button to space because it'd be easy to press with your thumb while your fingers are on wasd and jumping in combat is pointless anyway.

I've seen some people people say there needs to be a more in depth tutorial. personally i think it'd be better if there were just an in game guide that explained all the mechanics of the game from the menu, sort of like how there's a bestiary. That way if people ever needed to know about something (or forgot) they could just press alt, click the guide, then find out whatever they need to know without having to look it up online. Also long tutorials can be kind of annoying, especially if you make more than one character.

That's all I can really think of right now, other than the resolution and chat options of course. Playing the game on a 1024x768 monitor right now and it would be really nice to play in a size that fits.

This. I'm not trying to be insulting, I love this game and found it highly enjoyable after I found it on a banner add during it's CBT stage. But to be honest, it's incredibly tacky to have breasts everywhere in order to advertize a game that is SO much more than that. I have tried to show other gamer friends this game, but they turned it down because they disliked the advertizements almost pornographic depictions of women and found it offensive. Please make an effort to change this to attract more serious gamers. It makes onigiri look trashy, when it isn't.

Honestly I don''t find any of this to be true. I've found dodging incredibly useful, as is jumping. You can actually evade enemy attacks using the jump key. Having another button to press when dodging would make matters even worse, you dont have to take your finger off the keys at all to roll O.o just quickly double tap while still pressing whatever directional, my fingers never leave the keyboard.

That being said, for those of us that want to change the keys, please make it an option to do so, but don't BIND us that way for those that prefer the game the way it is, or want to customize their set up. I do realize the way buttons work is personal preference and what works for me may not work well for someone else.
