Best Skills for Each Weapon

Hi I wanted to make a thread for new players and old, so people had a better understanding of what are the best skills are, for each Weapon.
Please try list the best skill possible, not the best skill for your level.

(I will update as I find out more)

Spear:
Skills
1) Ice blossom (AOE)
2) Water Dragon (AOE)
3) Devastation slash
Ougi
Best - Spirit Blast
Second - Eternal Thunder
Worst - Splash

Bow:
Skills
1) Rapid Shot (single Target)
1) White peacock (AOE)
2) Iceicle Arrow (AOE)
Ougi
1) Restriction
2) Ariel Blitz
3) Dark Cannon (some say its good, some says its bad)

Twin Swords:
Twin Swords

1) Steal Attack - (not most effective but most useful)
2) Lightning Slash - (small aoe, but one of the best for TS)
3) Twin Blade Slash - (small range but hits up to 3 targets hard)

No. Sword is definitely like this:

Normal -

1) Lightning Slash
2) Dust Storm Blast
3) Phoenix's Slash (Upgraded variant of Crimson Sword)

Ougi -
1) Thunder Beast
2) Thunder Beast
3) Thunder Beast

...Just kidding.

Ougi -
1) Thunder Beast
2) True Spirit Blast
3) Crimson Flame Blast Smash
