Kaguya Magatama Ornamentation Error

Is anybody encounter the same problem as me?
When I want to fill the socket of magatama, I found myself don't have any choices to pick.
somehow it looks like this:

Please GM or maybe other players that have the solution might share to me here.

The only thing I can think of is that you either have no slots left (which doesn't seem to be the case) or that you don't have all the required materials for the ornamentation in which case you can't select an ornamentation.(mousing over the options should tell you what materials/options there are though)
